Payment & Lead Times

 

To make payment simply call us today and we will invoice you and payment is taken via BACS. We generally always have Bio juicers in stock so the average lead time is a day to prepare for shipping then whatever the shipping time is to your location. Shipping

 

UK: For any orders based in the U.K the shipping is FREE and is a 48 hour delivery either by our own BIO delivery vehicles or by our third party pallet company.

European: For any European orders shipping is FREE and is usually a 3 - 5 day delivery window using our third party pallet company.

International: For any orders outside the European Union shipping is FREE via sea freight and delivery times will be quoted based on your location. If a faster air freight service is required we will cover the cost equal to sea shipping with you paying any difference for air freight. Free shipping is only within regions that our shipping company supports. Please contact us to discuss your shipping requirements.

Warranty

UK: For any orders based in the U.K every BIO comes with our famous one year NO QUIBBLE warranty meaning if you have any issue or fault with your BIO one of our highly trained engineers will be with you within 48 hours nationwide this is included in the price. You will also get our FREE technical support via Whatsapp for a fast instant response.

European: For any European orders warranty is a two year parts only warranty with technical support via email & video.

International: For any orders outside the European Union warranty is a two year parts only warranty with technical support via phone call or Whatsapp.
